The Luxury Apartment Project

The project is located in Guangzhou city, China. The construction area is 52566 meter squared.Height limit is 200 meter. The design scheme is to put four super-high towers in the central area and bonded with three-level elevated communal space podium system. The Communal area plays vital part as it separates the public flow thus providing high level privacy for the habitants in the four towers. The project is planning to construct in 2020.
